Day 1
CRY IT ALL OUT
write a letter (do not send it..yet!)
listen to your favourite music (your heart will tell you)
call a friend, family anyone with good listening skills
have a hot and cold shower
change your bed and move your bedroom around
listen to a podcast on self lovego for a cleansing walk
work, give it in 100%
buy yourself a wonderful bouquet of flowers
treat yourself to delicious food
have a glass of red wine
change the background of your phone
put your digital equipment away
listen to a deep sleep meditation
Have a super regenerating sleep
Day 2
REWIRE YOUR MIND FRAME
Charge your phone in a different room from your bedroom the night before
When you wake up, think of aspects of your life and people you are grateful for.
Listen to positive affirmations.
Make a list of all the great things about you
Practice yoga or go for a run or find your daily movement exercise, ideally outdoors
Plan a healthy and colourful meal
Open your wardrobe and remove anything that does not bring you joy
Hide away all the items that remind you of your ex (we might dispose later on with a new mind frame)
Plan an indulging spa time (self-care) see my natural home made beauty tips!
Try a new make up style
Plan a shopping day, try new colours for your new start
listen to classical music (clear your mind)
journal: write down anything that comes to your mind
make yourself a hot chai latte (nourish with warm milk and anti-inflammatory spices see my recipes)
Plan something exciting for the weekend or the week ahead (see friends, go out)
Plan a book list of authors that inspire you or self help techniques
Deep Sleep Meditation when going to bed
Day 3
RISE AND SHINE SWEETHEART
Book a massage, a hairdresser, mani, pedi, pamper yourself
Make a list of all the pro and cons of your new life
Find a new course, learn a new skills
make note of the improvements to get done in your home
pick your new seasonal colour and make a vision board of your new life
Make a list of all of your strenghts, qualities, skills and talents
go for a walk in nature and plan something creative (photography, painting, writing)
Listen to a podcast for "New Beginning"
Plan a best friends' night-in with your favourite drinks and canapes and dress to impress (even if you have to zoom it!)
Listen to your favourite teenage music and dance like there was no tomorrow. Smile.
Plan your new holiday/retreat
Enjoy your freedom, your independence, your new YOU, your 100% of you.
DO NOT
Contact your ex
keep asking yourself WHY
try to make sense of the situation
DO
Write down your feelings
embrace your emotions
accept that an ex is only human
trust that life is a journey
something better is on the horizon
