Rosita "Rose" Lovisetto is a transformational coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in human development and organisational growth.

Originally from Italy, she built her career in London from the ground up, rising from entry-level roles to General Management of prestigious private member's clubs in London.

With academic foundations in Business Management, Social Sciences, and a degree from the University of the Arts London, she is also a certified and experienced coach through the Transformational Coaching Academy.

She designed the WayForward method with a unique combination of evidence-based coaching, strategic leadership experience, and human-centred principles.
