Dear Warriors, May this magical season ignite our creativity May the bright moonlight brighten our vision as we connect to our emotions and clarify our thoughts May we embrace our imperfections and heal our wounds Let's open our hearts to hear the soul calling and let it guide us to this journey of magic and growth. (A little Way Forward pray). Did you know? Creativity is not only useful for the art disciplines but it's also an essential resource for problem solving. Creativity trains our brain to replace old conditioning thoughts that refrain our ability to change. Let's train our creativity by taking notes of our ideas and by implementing them. It takes a little courage and a little time but it will bring authenticity into our life and it's all worth it! Remember: Perfection is overrated. We can't please everyone. So embrace constructive feedback as an opportunity of growth and move forward. Wellness: Our creative energetic point is situated in our lower abdomen and is associated to the colour "orange". This is also known as "The sacred Chakra", the city of joy and shadows. Positive emotions empower our vision, dark emotions warn us of danger. Sometimes we feel lost and anxious because we stop listening to our emotions. Emotions are the voice of our soul. Recharging Outdoors: Autumn is such a wonderful season for healthy mindful walking and sensational forest bathing trips. Get your adventurous spirit out and about. Feel the crispy leaves under your feet, lift your eyes up as you admire the warm colours of the leaves and smell the musk growing around the forest. Pure nature therapy for releasing stress and energising. Nourishment: Autumn brings us a variety of vibrant colours with squashes, pumpkins and roots. Stock up on herbal and spicy teas. Pumpkin spice and all things nice, try our Velvet Hug Soup and our Oaty and Spicy Milky Chai. All recipes in our blog Feel at Home: As the sunlight fades away invest in warm colours candles like orange and yellow and get your indoor garden ready for Winter. Don't forget the seasonal deep house cleaning to remove the stagnating energies with other seasonal tasks like wardrobe changing and decluttering. It's time to let go of what no longer serve us and to make space for something new. Please note: If you feel unhappy and anxious, start to work on your external environment, cut toxicity out of your life, set healthy boundaries. Then start cutting out some time for yourself and what's important to you. Write things down so that you have a clearer idea of what you wish to achieve. Let's empty our cup of worries and start reviewing our goals and intentions. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.” ― Roald Dahl.
